"My husband and I stay in the area every year. This was our first and last time at this location. The building is locked from the outside at night which resulted in being unable to leave in time for a very important and expensive trip early in the morning. We were stuck in the building. This was never mentioned at check-in and only noted in a bullet point at the end of a meassage sent 4 months prior to our stay. The owner seemed to find what happened funny. We did not. "This property has much of the old exposed walls which is a really nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment looks to be quite new, and has many modern updates. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay inside the palace walls. It definitely offers a unique experience."

"The room was nice but, as we were in the first floor we could hear all the noises from the restaurant downstairs. Also, all the smell from the restaurant came into the room from the toilet."
