"It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good."

"I paid £40 for a double room for the night which I thought was a great deal. The room was clean and check in and out was easy and quick. I didn’t have breakfast and there was lots of on-site parking. The place is a bit dated but for the price I paid, I was very happy."

"Clean comfortable room. We have stayed here 3 times rooms are all alike and all have been clean. Breakfast is available cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit etc. Again we have always found breakfast adequate. Parking at the hotel is £5 for the night and again we have always been able to get parked. "Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

"The hotel is ok for a night stop with kind staff and plenty of parking. However, it is much more tired than you expect from the website pictures; the corridor carpets could di with a good clean, the bathroom had a basic clean but it wasn’t great and the room was quite hot with a fan as main way of cooling. It is not bad for the price but a little dissapointing based in the website pictures and reviews."

"Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "

However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you.
