"While the staff was accommodating and friendly, we encountered issues with the elevator not working properly, and then a major plumbing problem that flooded the first floor. There was also no water in the spa. Any other time I would have given it another star in each catergory."

"I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work."

"The breakfast was outstanding. Best I’ve had in a long time. The staff when I checked in was very accommodating and friendly. I asked for a blanket, went to my car and they ran it up to the room while I was outside. Outstanding the first day. The next day the people were pleasant and nice, but I went to get my room for another night and then in the middle of checking in, she said hang on and answered the phone in front of me and proceeded to talk to a guy about his canceled room for 10 minutes until I left. I took the time to go into the building and they put me on hold for the guy who was on the phone. I was not impressed with the woman. She was pleasant, but she charged me more than the night before. Still a great hotel. "
