"We stayed in the family room which is on the attic. Personally enjoyed it as we felt like Paddington just below the roof and you can see the beams and slopes of the roof in the room. Staff were helpful and speaks English. Thank you for your service and making our stay enjoyable! "

"room is clean and bright, decent size. location is excellent - 5 minute walk to the grotto. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Lourdes. "
