"Convenient shuttle to the airport"

"Staff was very kind, helpful and Welcoming.. The breakfast was good and hot.. The only issue was we were there for an event and when we came back there was No parking available at hotel we had to park at the Restaurant next store. We were told we would not be towed by the Staff with their guarantee.. which we were not.. But it was a good stay"

"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

"Very clean. Great location."

"First issue was, the internet was down on check-in. Not a big deal but I, THE GUEST, was given a support number and instructed to call them. Issue was eventually resolved, but I thought it inappropriate I had to call support. Next thing, we got locked out of our room because a battery in the door lock had died. Don’t you guys check these things to head off this kind of situation? Had to wait I. The hall about w0 minutes for this issue."

"Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice."

"This is the first homes2suites I have seen so run down. The tile was separating in the kitchen area and bathroom, the baseboards were separating from the walls. Carpet was old and hallways were not maintained"
