"This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Level of a Motel 6. Couple major examples. Such poor insulation and windows, the outside and road noise is so loud we thought the "patio" door was open. The bathroom/shower was not clean and signs of dirt or mildew was evident on the shower walls. Don't stay here."

"I like having a cheap room for our concert. And communication with the staff was great so that we could do a late check-in. But the mattress should be put in a dumpster and the mold in the shower needs cleaned out. It would’ve also have been nice to have a little extra Toilet paper or another towel or two. Also, they have hours on their ice machine that we could not get any the evening we wanted some. It would be nice if it was open access instead of in their laundry room and close down at 8 PM."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. Shout out to Amber for everything she did to make our trip relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was very accommodating. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well appointed. My only caution is if you are not used to city sounds, bring earplugs. The bed and pillows were extra comfy and inviting while the shades made it nice and dark even mid day."

"Clean Room and great vibe. However we couldn’t even get into the hotel at first. There was no one there at the front desk and the door was locked upon arrival. Most of the time there is limited staff during the day to help. "

"A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!"

"We just needed a clean, basic room so we could get to DIA early in the morning. This fit the bill nicely. We appreciated the well-lit parking, the strong air conditioning, and the simple breakfast in the morning. The only drawback was the very active guests above us stomping around till 3 am. We didn't complain about it so I don't blame the staff, but maybe ask for a room without someone above yours. I would probably stay here again."

"Loved the Hilton Gardens Union Station in every way possible. Short walk to Rockies Stadium, Union Station, Lo-Do and other Denver attractions which you can see from the free downtown shuttle. The front desk staff member, Jolie, was so helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant, Woodie Fisher, is a landmark Denver fire house built in 1881, and the food for breakfast and dinner were “mile high” out of this world, and my server, Maven, was also helpful on what to do in Denver, provided...

"While a bit on the high side price wise, well worth it. Very friendly staff, clean and luxurious rooms, close to Union Station and lots of great dining options. Stayed there over the USA 250 celebrations and Denver was great."
