"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

The refrigerator did give off a loud humming noise in my room (#216). the staff could’ve been more forthright and transparent about the cost for the airport shuttle I called the property prior to booking to inquire about the shuttle details & timings but the staff did not disclose any fees. The information on Expedia lists it as a, ‘surcharge’, but not the exact amount. when I rode inbound, the driver asked for my name, and explained...

"This is one of the best place for accomodation if you are travelling Colorado. Ken was awesome host as he toured place, made a delicious breakfast and did not hesitate us in communication. House was super nice with everthing included like hot tub, karaoke station, tv and all you can think of. I would definitely go here again when I go to Colorado"

"Beautiful spacious room, great air conditioning that was adjustable. Loved the non slip tiled shower. Desk people were very helpful in directing me to where I could walk to get dinner. Would stay there again.!"

"The hotel was clean and close to the airport, which was convenient. I like that they offer breakfast for no additional charge. I really dislike that they charge $10 to park your vehicle in their parking lot."
