"Was very dark on arrival as lights were out in the dining/lounge area. Desk attendant barely looked up and did not greet us in a friendly manner. There was some kind of tomato sauce on the rug and chair from a previous guest. Requested extra towels and to clean the tomato sauce. The sauce wasn't 100% cleaned and did not receive the towels. No working ice machine on the property. Breakfast area was not well maintained. Booked as it had an 8.0 rating. I do not think that was an accurate...
