"The first morning the shower was not as hot as I like, but not the second morning, it was great."

"Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured."

"My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning."

"Walking in it felt dirty and unsafe. I took video/photos of it because it was that bad. The window in my children’s room was cracked all the way across, the bathtub had hair all over it, as did the toilet. The room smelled like smoke and there was mold under the kitchen sink where the cabinet had leaked and was falling through. Immediately called Extended Stay to move us and they said they would escalate our case and to have my phone handy so they could reach me. They never called us back that...

"I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again."

"The low price is what attracted me to Motel Beechmont, think I could put up with anything for a night. The site is very easy to get to, right off the expressway. The check in was quick and friendly. I was very pleased with the spacious, clean room. I would definitely go there again, if in the area."

"I was very impressed of how clean and put together not only our room but the entire property. They have some bigger competition next door to them but I would choose this hotel over the other one any day! The staff was very kind the breakfast was hot and kept neatly!"
