"Haley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and was well attended by the very kind and kery courteous breakfast staff. All the staff in the hotel were very kind and delightful. "Service was top notch. Had an issue with our AC and when asked about our stay we mentioned they might want to look into it before the next guest, they came that day to replace it. Super nice and efficient! Loved the proximity to the beach. We were able to walk to everything!! We also loved being able to cook food in our room. "

"We stayed for 3 night to visit the beach. This hotel was super clean and had a great breakfast. The pool is clean and refreshing. Thank u for a great stay!! The desk staff & cleaning crew were excellent. The pool maintenance was great too. We will be back!!"
"It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!"

"The staff was friendly and patient, great location for the beach and for beach strip. My family ended up arriving early and was able to check in. Only issue was the air would go up in temperature at night. "
