The location is perfect—right on the oceanfront and just steps from the boardwalk, which made it easy to walk to restaurants and enjoy the beach without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view that made the trip feel extra special. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated how easy and stress-free the entire experience was, especially for a short getaway. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday—relaxing, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!"

"My family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Comfortable beds, indoor pool and balcony view of the beach, pier, and boardwalk were spectacular!"

"The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was advised that maintenance should have been by to reset the thermostat. The front desk staff reset the thermostat following my inquiry. Throughout our stay there were guest complaining about not having air. Communication and response to this matter was not handled properly."
