When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. "The floors were absolutely disgusting immediately turning the bottoms of your feet black. Towels and mattresses all had stains on them. There’s literally one elevator that the staff and guests have to share making it clog up immediately and if you choose to take the stairs you’re greeted by a filthy hallway full of trash that smells like urine."

"This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. "The location is fantastic and the room was big and clean. However, the furniture is outdated, the balcony was very dirty, and both the main bed mattress and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful so we couldn’t eat anything there. There was constant noise from other guests partying during the night. It's fine if you only care about location, but I won’t be returning."

I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. "Pros, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor shower for getting sand off, good breakfast buffet, honestly decent price per night. Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel. All in all would highly recommend as our stay was great."
