"Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again."

One room was clean, other had hair all over the bed. No one was available for housekeeping and had to change our own sheets. No offer to transfer rooms or find someone to clean it. No acknowledgment of the issue either at checkout"
