"We needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby. Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brands"

"We stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door. The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do. The room was clean and tidy, but I didn't get the best night sleep due to the traffic noise as our room over looked the tram bridge. "We stayed at don valley hotel because we were picking our son up to bring back to Carlisle we had a drink in the bar and everyone was so friendly and welcoming we met a few regulars Nev what a lovely bloke we spent a few hours talking to him and learning a thing or two and even got us to buy a bottle of the famous Hendersons relish from behind the bar to say we will be back is a definite yes absolutely cracking place and the car park was secure too "

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."
