"We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

"They over booked themselves and made us change rooms ever night with no warning. Just knocking on the door and “you all have to be out of this room in 15mins” was crazy and they were so so rude about it. Never offered anything to compensate us for the hassle. 3 different rooms. A different room each night. Crazy. We got so disorganized and lost so much stuff because of how they made us rush to vacate the room because of THEIR issues. No apologies. No thanking us for moving in 15 mins. No nothing...

First, I was not aware at the time of booking that there would be an additional $50 holding fee/deposit required at check-in. There was no clear explanation provided regarding the purpose of the charge only that it should be refunded within 4 business days, so I recommend other travelers confirm this in advance to avoid surprises. The room itself also had a few maintenance issues. The toilet seat was not properly secured...

"The breakfast was terrible, stale eggs, and water down drinks. My room had roaches in it and the balcony was inaccessible and unkept. The room had a weird smell to it and the shower room was very small."

"It's a good hotel for a family to stay. Lots of space and good accommodations. I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing."

"Easy drive to metro station. Best hot hotel breakfast my kids said they had ever had. The pool was smallish but quiet and my kids had it all to themselves. Our suite was clean, well kept, and gave is ample space as a family to recharge after long days of sight seeing. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this Staybridge Suites in Largo!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would...

"The front part was ok, but the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we pull the sheets back in both beds it was hair in the bed…the furniture needs to be updated… the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and we seen a roach in the bathroom."

"Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!"
