"Our stay at Royal Suites Sky was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the Diocletian Palace and a short walk from the ferry terminal. There are good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket right across the street. The shower was the best on our trip (which included some very nice five star accommodations)! "Mladen, the host and owner of the property, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with parking, restaurants and more. The hotel is close to the Golden Gate and Grgur Ninski statue and on the Cardo to the main square. Because of this location, it can be noisy if that is an issue for you. We were near the top of the building and there isn’t an elevator. However the stairs are new and easy to manage. The room was very comfortable and well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Our room was very cool - clearly thought had gone into the design. Facilities all great. We really liked the communal tea and coffee making - keeps the minimal feel in the room and means they can be high quality and well stocked. "The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
