"Property is clean and quiet. Beautiful views of the mountains and they have a nice courtyard. Parking is free. There is also a shuttle to downtown. Overall it’s always a nice stay at the Penn Stater."

"We ran out of shower soap, it was around 9 pm. Asked the front desk for some, the best she could do was give us more hand soap. None of the ice machines worked with the exception of 2 on the first floor.( we were on the 4th)"
