"The king room I booked and paid for, I was told wasn’t available. The hotel was full and the only room they could give me was a twin. It was 5pm and I didn’t want the hassle of trying to get my money back and then drive back up the A34 to the Hilton (where I should have stayed from the onset) The twin room smelt of smoke! There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."
