"This is a very unique quaint Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and modern in an old style original hotel. Food in restaurant fantastic. Walks are good from the Hotel to the river Thames and around town to the Abbey. Loved our stay here."

"I stayed one night. All interactions with staff were good, they seemed keen to try to do the best they could. I may have been lucky with my room but everything worked OK and it was in a quiet location which I really liked. The bar was fine, evening meal good and breakfast too. For what I paid I would say it was good value and very rare that I visit a hotel without a problem so thank you to the staff at the Dog House!"
