"I stay at the Leonardo every time I’m travelling through Glasgow. This time Iza was on front desk and was fantastic. This hotel is excellent for Glasgow Central station, has a very good breakfast, soundproofing is effective so even my room which overlooked the station was quiet. I left very early the following morning but they were accommodating in giving me the morning breakfast on the checkin day which was a superb touch. All in all a thumbs up."

Only criticism was check in desk halted our check in to take a call from a new corporate booking (yes i could hear all the details) and we were then kept waiting for approx 10 minutes. This is rude. Overall excellent, we would return! "
