"Wonderful location in the Third Ward area of Milwaukee. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We walked to the River and to the shore of Lake Michigan - very easy and great views. Staff was great. Loved the Social Hour!"

The Pfister Hotel
"I was struggling getting my bags to the elevator. I passed at least three staff members just standing around and none offered to help. The front desk didn’t offer assistance with the bags either. I’m a 70 year old slight woman."

"This is an older hotel that they’re trying to fix up . We had paint chips on the rug, part of the wall was replastered poorly and pictures were peeling away from their frames. One mattress had a spring poking out. Carpeting was new and rooms were clean enough but I don’t think that warrants an 8.0 ..."
