The receptionist was horrible the first day. It was over 50 of us we came at different time but stayed the same amount of days. Everyone agreed she was the worst. The stay was amazing until they shut the pool down for the day. We stay in Milwaukee we only came for the pool. We could have stayed home if we wanted to sleep. The next day the pool was still down so we had to check out in only swim one time and was there the whole weekend. We ask could we get a discount or half money back she said no. So we give it a thumbs down because they didn’t try to convince us in anyway

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent, parking was easy and seemed like a convenient location. Staff was always friendly! Minor wear and tear around the hotel (dings in the walls, paint chips, bathroom fixtures loose) with some TLC this place would be great! We had a nice stay overall.

Wow! The staff here was by far the best experience we have had in any hotel by far! Friendly, happy, interactive and down to earth! Even gave a lil bday surprise to my grandson who turned 2 that day! We were staying to go to the zoo. Great people!

The staff was friendly a courtesy & very helpful! The rooms were average clean and comfortable with sofa and chair. Bathrooms clean and comfortable only suggestions is lower soap dispenser for shorter people not all people are 6’ tall or long arm reach like that high over and working thermostat!

Overall this is a good hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite with a fold out couch for the kids. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper and we had to request it from the front desk and go get it ourselves. The reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but only enough towels for 2 people in the room so we had to go to the front desk to get additional towels too. I feel like small details were overlooked like that for this stay. Also there was a fire alarm that went off right after getting the kids to bed so we had to evacuate the sleeping kids to the car for about 15 minutes until the firefighters cleared the building. So that was really hard for us. Breakfast was good. Pool area was very very warm.
