"Unfortunately our initial room smelled of urine most likely in the carpet. The front desk immediately offered a different room that was clean and comfortable. Once the issue is addressed with a thorough cleaning, we will give this hotel high marks in all categories!"

"The room was decent. The bed was nice and firm. They offered 2 different style of pillows. However, the hallways, elevator, and dining area were extremely dirty. The bathroom had leftover gunk from the previous people. I dont think id be back to that specific hotel."
