"Friendly staff"

"The hotel is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel... the rooms are large, and relatively clean, but we had cockroaches in our room one night, and saw a rat in the hall... "

"The place is a bit tired. Our room was small and had no outside window. Not many places to put your belongings other than on the floor. The hot water did not work as the hose was missing. Staff fixed it pretty quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and AC worked so all good. You get what you pay for, definitely budget. It was close to the wharf and walking distance to the busy area. You cannot beat its location. "

"My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them."

"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "This is not a place I recommend if you expect a nice hotel. You have to cut the ac off when leaving your room. There were some kind of bugs in my bed that were biting me. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The noise from the street is loud. "
