A most pleasant staff. Our 'Western' Room was in fact a complete two room apt., one room in traditional Japanese living room style, the bedroom containing two double beds. A private outdoor spa. Ready access to the public baths. The most beautiful of riverside settings, the river's sound lulling us to sleep. OH, and A plus WI FI to boot.

宿の方も気さくで楽しかったです。 お土産をクーラーボックスに入れていましたが、中に入れていた氷を出発まで宿の冷凍庫で再冷凍していただき助かりました。 ご飯もとても美味しかったです。

旅管位處偏僻地區，附近沒有餐廳，所以最好訂埋晚餐，分晚上6點或6點半開始；早餐一流!!!!! 溫泉水有啲熱，無得較溫度。

Fantastic place

I've been to many ryokans all over Japan, but this place was the best in terms of food. The food here was amazing. It takes about 5 min by car to central Kurokawa, but it is worth staying. There is a valley right next to the ryokan, and you can hear the water flow while taking an open air bath. Our room had a private onsen too which my boy enjoyed.

今年2回目の宿泊です。前回素晴らしかったので、もう一度宿泊。 食事のメニューがほぼ一緒だったので ちょっと残念でした。 1ヶ月ごとに変えてくれたら 嬉しかったです…。

A whole experience - not just a hotel

We traveled here as a family and loved it. We decided to hire a car which worked out very well otherwise it could be a bit tricky to reach here by public transport. The area was beautiful, very peaceful and natural with forests and a river. The springs were great - we used both the public ones and the one in the room. Both were beautiful with natural outlooks. The food included (dinner and breakfast) were mind-blowing and included many local delicacies - you would pay a lot for anything comparable in a restaurant in a major city. The service was exceptionally caring, friendly and considerate of children. The room was large and traditional using many natural materials (wood, stone, tatami mats) but a little bit aged. While the condition is not new it was inconsequential to us and only added to the authenticity of the experience. Considering everything we found the value to be very good and it was an experience to remember forever.

정말 친절하고 정말 좋은 료칸

점심도 못먹고 아무런 간식도 안싸간 우리를 위해 컵라면과 빵을 주시며 무한감동을 주는 료칸 노천과 료칸 안에 있는 온천, 가이세키 뭐하나 빠지는게 없는 퍼펙트 료칸이었습니다^^

조용한곳에서의 힐링

온천마을 가는길 입구에 위치한 곳으로 조용하고 별채로된 숙소마다 실내탕이나 노천탕이 있는데 노천탕이 있었던 우리 숙소는 너무 좋았습니다. 저녁식사 가이세키요리도 매우 맛있고 만족스럽습니다. 온천마을까지는 차로 2분정도 걸리는데 온천마을내에 있는 료칸은 어떤지 모르겠지만 저는 오히려 너무 조용하고 풍경도 좋고 다음에도 이용하고싶습니다. 간단한 간식과 맥주, 음료등은 미리 편의점에서 사가세요.

굉장히 만족스런 숙박업소!

저희는 렌터카를 사용했고요. 쿠로가와 온천 마을과 조금은 거리가 있어서 렌터카 없이는 이용하긴 좀 힘들것 같습니다. 그 점에 대한 불만사항도 많이 생길 것 같고요. 렌터카 이용하면 힘든 점 하나없고 정말 재밌고 편하게 이용하고 왔습니다. 수산물을 별로 좋아하지 않아 석식은 먹지 않았는데 조식은 굉장히 맛있었습니다. 강력추천합니다. 가족탕이랑 방에 딸린 탕이랑 비슷하거나 거의 같으므로 사용 안하시는걸 추천드려요. 300엔 추가 요금 있습니다. 날씨가 좋으면 별도 많이 볼 수 있으니 저녁하늘 구경도 해보세요. 굉장히 좋았습니다. 주인분들이 친절하셔서 좋았고 모든 면에서 좋았습니다. 주변지역에서 하나를 낮춘건 저희는 렌터카라 상관이 없지만 대중교통을 이용하시는 분들을 위해 낮춰뒀습니다. 도움드리려고 이것저것 적긴했는데 도움이 많이 됐으면 합니다. 좋은 여행되세요.

이 호텔은 조용한 곳을 원하는 사람에게 추천한다. 픽업서비스가 없어서 택시를 불러 가야해서 조금 불편하였지만 조용하고, 경치가 아름다운곳이 였다.

조용하고 편안히 쉬기 좋은 숙소입니다. 아침과 저녁 식사가 메뉴를 달리 해서 제공되었는데 근사했습니다. 개인욕실은 방에 있으며 문을 열면 바로밖입니다. 대중탕은 언제든 무료로 사용할수 있었습니다. 후쿠오카에서 차를 렌트해서 갔는데 약 2시간 걸렸습니다. 일어를 못해 영어로 소통했는데 직원분중 한분이 대만분이었는데 무난하게 영어를 하시는분이라 매우 편안했습니다. 힐링을 원하시면 쿠로가와 보다 이곳을 추천합니다.
