I feel relaxing in this small nice onsen area. The hotel provides pick up service to the bus stop, which is very convenient. Staffs provided good service which i feel like a 5stars hotel. Although the meals are buffets instead of traditional Japanese style, the food quantity is very good. I enjoyed the sabu sabu with beef the most. A lots of free flow alcohol during dinner and night.

There are many different choices of onsens in the ryokan. The staff are excellent as well, their english proficiency is one of the best I’ve seen as well. Although there were some incidents at the start when we check in, the staffs are very efficient at dealing with it. Overall I’ll recommend anyone who visits Kurokawa onsen to give this ryokan a try

スタッフの方々がみなさん優しかったです。 子連れでしたが部屋には危険な花瓶や照明なども置いてなくて壊す心配もせず過ごせました。元々置いてないのかどけてくださったのかわかりませんが。布団食事なしの子供の分までアメニティやお水お菓子まで置いてあり嬉しかったです。 部屋の窓から見る景色はとてもよかったです!!一つ、その景色を見るために開けた襖のとこに虫の死骸やゴミがあったのは残念でした。 ウェルカムドリンクやバーのドリンクお酒も無料で、ゆったりとしたソファー等もたくさんあって、ホントにゆっくりと過ごせました🎵屋上の星を見る場所も良く、子供も喜んでて、カップルだととても雰囲気出るなーって感じです。 貸切風呂は予約制ではなく空いてたら入れる、というシステムですが、それもそれでいいなぁと思いました。ラッキーなら入れるみたいな感じでたくさんの人が入れますね☆子供が寝てから1人で貸切風呂に大浴場にハシゴしました♡大浴場にはタオルも置いてあって助かります。

マタ旅と誕生日旅行を兼ねてうかがいました。 チェックインの時に、誕プレとしてお菓子をいただけたり、食事の席を配慮していただいていたり、配慮が素晴らしいと思いました。すごく素敵な思い出になりました！ 温泉も広くて満足でした！家族風呂は夜は入れませんでしたが、朝の7時ごろは空いてました！ エレベーターにトカゲ?がいたのでちょっと怖かったですが、自然の中にあるホテルなんだなって思ってます。笑
