"Never saw any staff. The room was clean but hot! The thermostat didn’t work. We almost fell going in the room because the floor was warped. We were on the second floor and there were rubber guards on the edges. Some of them were hanging off so people could have easily tripped.
As far as a kitchen…what kitchen? Never saw one. There was a coffee maker in the room but we never used it. Chances are it doesn’t get cleaned very often. We won’t stay there again."
