"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"Perfect overnight spot to rest before starting our atv adventure on the Park to Park trail system. Pool wasn’t open yet. Cute mini putt area and outdoor patio. Comfortable beds and restaurant food was very good. Breakfast was basic continental and did the job. We would stay here when in the area. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was convenient and had some good menu options. The resort itself seemed like it was partway through a Reno. Not great in the hallways, all new and shiny in the rooms. The bathroom hardware frustrated, but it was stylish."

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room.
