"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"Loved the hotel the moment I stepped in. The guy that helped us was very nice and efficient. Although it was an extra charge for breakfast for the kids, he suggested paying before hand versus day of to save some money. He even asked what time my flight was the next day and had extended my rooms to late checkout for 2pm the next day instead of 12pm. However, I believe there was some miscommunication and the front staff called the rooms at 12:30pm to ask if we forgot to checkout...otherwise we...

"The restaurant and bar had outstanding New Zealand steak and gin drinks, served in an art deco setting. The breakfast buffet is worth the price and the cappuccinos were delicious. The only negative was there is no airport shuttle, however, the hotel will get you a taxi forthwith."

With the shuttle to the MTR, everything is accessible. If you want to get away from the stress of the city but have pretty easy access to its excitement and the peace of HK island’s south side, I would definitely recommend the Fullerton. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights during a layover, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for a short stop in Hong Kong."
