"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was average. Pool area includes a hot tub which is large but paint peeling inside. Spring break so lots of noise. Complimentary breakfast included. Parking was easy and accessible. "

"We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into...

"Free breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. I went to the lobby in the middle of the night for some spare blankets, which they happily gave me, they have luggage carts around to help bring all your bags to the room, very good location for going out to bars and restaurants and a convention at the Baird Center...we had a great time and would stay here again! They also give you free drinks at the bar, and there are lots of elevators, so you don't have to wait long. Convenient parking...

"While the property was in good condition, the room next to us had a party until 12 am. The staff working the front desk at the time did not enforce the quiet hours, despite our calls, and none of our family could not sleep. There was constant yelling and swearing from next door. The issue wasn’t resolved until the shift changed and different staff came in to handle the problem."

"This location is poorly managed. I got to my one bedroom apartment and it was dirty, with thick dust over the TV, broken toilet paper holder, and broken sink panel. The overhead ventilation was covered with dirt ( I am highly allergic to dust), thick layer of dust, this is where bugs and mites thrive! Horriffic expericence with their staff, housekeeping, and someone named Brooklyn, Marizon, and Celine. No one cared about the filth, the safety issues or just regular things that should have been...

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...
