"A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful."

"Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. "

"The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway."

"It was nice hotel. I enjoyed the old time feel and the overall aesthetics of the building. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and well maintained. The attached restaurant was really nice but overpriced for what we ordered. Biggest complaints were the fridge in our room, froze everything that we put in it forcing us to eat out one of the nights we were there. When I spoke to someone about it at the desk, he told me I could pull the fridge out of the cabinet and turn the dial in the back! No,...

"A pleasant hotel with some quirky and fun decorations, located near the light rail and an iconic restaurant (Hell’s Kitchen)."

"Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"We loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it was supper cute and old looking. Loved the greenery and the scenery from our window. Super clean with comfy beds!! The staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!"
