Property could use some updating, however, you take the good with the bad. Close proximity to everything. Definitely walkable area especially to the mall and restaurants. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel.
