staff was really friendly from check in to check out. pool area very nice and large. all areas accessible (we had one guest with broken ankle) convenient to amphitheater. nice restaurant on property. could use some minor touch up for paint but beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and one of most important for me it was quiet. would stay again!!

We stay here every time we go to valley fair. Beautiful hotel for the price. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was nice and as expected, the pool area is beautiful, oh, and the breakfast was super good. The chef they have in the morning making the eggs and sausage is very personable. You can tell he enjoys his job. We always have a great experience. I have recommended this hotel to many!

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast host, he was too busy chatting with one couple to bother greeting us. We then had to wait before he finally came over to serve us our hot breakfast items. I'm not sure why they don't let guests serve their own eggs and sausage, because you can grab everything else yourself. I don't think he even acknowledged the next guests that came down after us. Also, our room looked out on a possibly abandoned "courtyard" which was overgrown and rather dirty. The room wasn't super clean but the sheets appeared fresh and the bathroom was ok. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again but the price was affordable and the proximity to the amphitheater was good.

Cleanliness is subject to your own liking. I am a bit of a perfectionist and therefore it did not meet my standards. The bed linens and towels were clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was fine. I liked the coffee! Its and older hotel that needs repair. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it.
