Front desk lady was amazing. Comfy bed. Only negative would be the pool being cold.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I was especially impressed with the night clerk, Sherrie; all employees were very helpful and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was well-prepared and inviting. We will certainly be staying there whenever we visit St. Paul/Minneapolis. Thank-you!

Good hotel, close to grocery stores, there is a restaurant inside Hotel, breakfast was included, also parking. Room spacious and bed comfortable, lots of pillows available.

I’ve stayed here a few times. I feel safe in this part of the cities and enjoy having a restaurant connected. Also very close by shopping

The staff at this property really goes above and beyond for their customers. Our stay was pleasant and we would stay again if we're in St. Paul.

I was less than pleased. I called to book specifically to enjoy the hot tub and swimming on a random night. Was told hot tub and pool were working. The hot tub had been out of order a while. Pool was ok. They also charged me $2 for a key I left on the tv stand by the remote. When I checked out online.

Just ok
When we arrived there was no one at the desk and no sign. We waited several minutes before I finally looked and found the person sitting in the back on their phone. The hotel and room were clean which was great! The shower soap dispensers did not work tho and the breakfast food was cold. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I feel it is slowly going downhill, which is unfortunate. It’s all in the details.

The hotel staff was nice. The pool area was not very clean. The hotel beds were clean but out bathroom was not very clean. WE stayed there because it was the only thing available.

Love it!
Older hotel than next door, but much better breakfast and love having a restaurant in the building. I have stayed at both. I always choose this best western.
