mid beds and screaming

overall the stay was fine, the room itself was okay bed was thin and kind of firm and on wheels which isn’t my favorite and the room key didn’t work a majority of the time i stayed and i went to the front desk multiple times about it. and then there was a lot of screaming happening all hours of the night in the hallway my room was in, i understand they can’t control that as much but it just made the stay uncomfortable

There was a violent domestic assault a couple rooms down from mine. Front desk had to call the police and it was very frightening. The walls shook and the thumping and things i heard that night i will never be able to get out of my head.

Room was unclean. Sink had old food still in it that didn’t go down the drain. Bath tub had dirt and mold in it. Found someone’s old fingernail in one of the beds.

There were pubic hairs piled up by the bathtub faucet. A framed photo was broken with a large chunk of glass sticking out next to the bed. A lady was screaming at reception over her key cards not working and things had gone missing from her room.

Not as Expected

The front desk clerk was not welcoming when we came. Our flight was delayed so we got there late. The room was dirty, towels stained, toilet seat broken, cobwebs everywhere and spiders in the tub. Never made it to breakfast because it was super early. The fridge had a weird smell and the floors had something weird on it.
