Inexpensive and well staffed. The TV in my room did not work properly - bad speaker/sound - so I went out to see a movie at a local AMC theater.

Breakfast was basically nothing. Didn’t have bowls for the cereal. Pool area cold and hot tub closed. TV was not clear and channels were not always available.

Very dirt, room had tears in the carpet, black stuff all over the walls, elevator was duct taped.

They are the guests who have reservation to stay in the hotel . We maintain the security of the hotel . There are cameras installed all over the property so there is no need to get scared.

It would have been better if you would have talked about this with the hotel staff they might have provided you another room. But really aplogise for the inconvenice caused.

Yes , we have smoking rooms but there is no smoking zone in the common areas so you need not worry about it

Walked into this place with my 20 year old daughter. It was filthy so dirty and sketchy. A man was smoking a joint sitting in the hallway. A mother had a screaming baby in a stroller and was smoking with the guy on the floor. We got into the king room and instantly weed smoke all over in our room it smelled terrible. The king bed was two twins pushed together with an egg crate mattress and no bedspread. Turned around and walked out. Told the desk clerk who was very kind and he said he’d refund my room. However it’s been 10 days and still no deposit refund.

First room toilet didnt flush. 2nd room was dirtier and more beat up than the first but I was so tired I didnt want to deal with it. I didnt really feel things were hazardous though until the 3rd night at 11pm... the hotel actually caught on fire! Yes you read that right, FIRE! Whether it was a guest or the hotel itself or a combination of both, the only thing I'm happy about is at least the fire alamrs worked! Needless to say, DO NOT STAY HERE.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you because of the Fire in the hotel. It happened accidently and luckily we could control over it without any serious injuries as the hotel is fully equipped with Fire control facility. We are a reputed hotel and known for providing good facilities to our guests. All we can say is that accidents do happen but it was not at all due to negligence , it was accidently. Regarding the room condition, we really focus on he cleaning part. Might be it got unnoticed by the cleaning staff. We apologies for the same.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to bed bug but we checked the bed , we couldn't find anything like that.

You get what you pay for. The room definitely needs some updating, lots of visible wear and tear. Found some hair pins scattered on the carpet, bathroom floor was pretty gross looking. TV only had a few channels with a mediocre connection.

At our hotel, we are properly taking care of the cleanliness. The room in which you stayed was a basic room but it is clean. We are sorry if you didn't find it clean, might be a mistake from the hotel staff. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Easy to book and stay, no real issues. Staff could have gotten check-in information from me earlier. And when I tried, they were not at the front desk. They need to make sure they are cleaning under the beds better. Some inconvenience, but overall, it was cool.

Proper care was not taken with our room. The mirror was crooked, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the bed was uncomfortable and sunk in. Worth $65 a night? Not sure if I will stay there again.

I had to checkout immediately because of the condition of the hotel, the room had muled and spider net, carpet turned black because of dirty, it had horrible smell, door had damages, walls has something that looks like human west.
