Cool rooms with the high ceiling and tall window. Pool was smallish and cool, temp wise. No hot tub. But nice rooms. Valet was short staffed so took a bit to get vehicle since waiting on one employee to get back

First I will talk about the staff. The staff were very polite and kind. At check-in Aaron was helping us and was beyond polite. The pool was great and wpuld highly recommend poolside. Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel.
