"The rooms are spotless and very well decorated, nice sheets and plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo etc. Only 2 coffee pods (also 2 decaf) but these are replaced every day. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and had great information on the local and wider area. They gave us a list of their favourite bars/brasserie/restaurants etc, and a map of the whole town, great service. We had a room with the balcony door, the door lock had somehow failed however and the door could not be...

"The hotel was located in a beautiful area close to the cathedral. Within walking distance of both of the city squares. The staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. Their breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is stunning!"

"Great hotel, very convenient to the centre of Bruges. Parking available on site for an additional fee. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. There is a small pool - estimated 10m length down in the old wine cellar in the building - also a sauna. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Nice room. A little tight. Bathroom was tiny and had to sit sideways on the toilet. Otherwise, comfortable bed and pleasant staff. Very quiet. Close to the square."

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service in der Bar – die Kellner waren äußerst bemüht und aufmerksam. Die Drinks waren hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt: lecker, vielfältig und individuelle Wünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt."
