"We arrived after booking price of 157 pounds half board one night got there and had to pay 20 pounds for dog . . We checked our room no toilet seat lid discovered we had been put in the disabled room .wasn't happy . The main door that let us in to the building wouldn't lock so anyone could get in ..."

"Fab location, excellent staff. We had a comfortable, warm room overlooking quirky rooftops. The bed was a bit small for 2 but comfy & we slept well. Breakfast was good, lovely coffee."
