"Great view from balcony"

"The hotel is perfection situated, on the sea front and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The harbour is about a 20 minute walk along the seafront. Hotel is lovely. Nice big rooms with a nice size balcony, we had a side sea view room which we didnt know until we arrived and a lovely bathroom. The only negative was supplying a kettle and coffee machine but no tea or coffee sachets or pods. When we asked reception they said they don't supply them you have to buy yourself. "vue sur la plage : 1er étage chambre 106, tout près de l'ascenseur, pas de terrasse privée, et tout le monde a accès sur la terrasse qui s'ouvre automatiquement , donc bruit le soir, la nuit des personnes alcoolisées... pas moyens de dormir toute la nuit. sinon , gentillesse du personnel, chambre propre ,changement de linge aussi très bien, petit déjeuner très bien. la prochaine visite je demanderai une chambre loin de l'ascenseur, et étage plus haut avec terrasse privée. mais sinon je...

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"The service (Stephanie and others) was outstanding! They made us feel welcome from the moments we walked in the door. The welcome glass of cava was a lovely surprise. We sat on the rooftop terrace one afternoon and felt quite spoiled when the delivered wine to us even though we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We felt quite spoiled! The room was clean and lovely and the bed and pillows were extremely comfy. We will definitely return next year. A wonderful time in Altea! "

"Noone at the reception. Tried calling multiple times but no reply. Finally sended at message on WhatsApp and someone showed up. The room is ON the train rails. Sound like it’s going through your head. Otherwise okay clean room. "
