"We absolutely loved this property. The property is ocean front and the rooms with views have sweeping views of the Ocean. We stayed in the Los Nubes suites and the room was stunning with a gas fire place, incredible ocean views, super luxe bedding, a private deck, and a pristine bathroom. "The property is in a great location. It is clean, updated, and well maintained, although it could use new in room air conditioners. Luckily that was fixed by opening our window but did come up with a little road noise fron Hwy 1. The bedding and linens were top notch and overall, we would definitely stay again!"

"Check in was next door at the Quality Inn. So as Breakfast which was minimal. They were out of batter for the waffles and I asked if they were going to refill they said no because breakfast was ending in 15 minutes. They were also out of coffee and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring more. Tables were few and no one was wiping down until breakfast service was over. Doors in room did not close well to bathroom and we had light shining in from bathroom window all night."

"This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone."

"Medicore, over-priced (even with Expedia discount), and disappointing. Front desk staff provided no information about hotel at check-in (wifi, breakfast, room location, check-out time) and even tried to send me the "door code" by email. This is not an independent hotel but a Best Western and no longer uses key cards. She struggled to find a pen and paper when I insisted she write it down. The room has no written hotel information--only a placard with a QR code that, when scanned, takes you to...

"The property is amazing as well as the staff. We have a 6 month old and things couldn't have gone better. The rooms are not silent would be the only thing. You can hear door's as well as people in the hallway."

"The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). I had to go out in the middle of the night to potty my dog by the side streets and I had a hard time coming back in the hotel...

"Nice hotel with great service. We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient."
