"Beautiful property, lovely staff, very clean"

"This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone."

"The property is in a great location. It is clean, updated, and well maintained, although it could use new in room air conditioners. Luckily that was fixed by opening our window but did come up with a little road noise fron Hwy 1. The bedding and linens were top notch and overall, we would definitely stay again!"

Front desk staff provided no information about hotel at check-in (wifi, breakfast, room location, check-out time) and even tried to send me the "door code" by email. This is not an independent hotel but a Best Western and no longer uses key cards. She struggled to find a pen and paper when I insisted she write it down. The room has no written hotel information--only a placard with a QR code that, when scanned, takes you to...

"The property is amazing as well as the staff. We have a 6 month old and things couldn't have gone better. The rooms are not silent would be the only thing. You can hear door's as well as people in the hallway."

"It was a clean space and my room had a smoke smell however they had put a humidifier In The room so that helped a lot. The AC unit worked well, and bathroom was nicely updated and the water was hot. Convenient location to a shopping plaza and restaurants."

"The property is well-maintained. Our room was very clean and neat. The essentials for a comfortable stay were there. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The breakfast was very good, and there were ample choices. Parking is $12 plus tax per night extra, but the lot feels very safe and access is easy."
