"Over all it was a great except for a couple things the AC unit was loud it literally and it’s was louder at night which made it difficult to ignore and sleep. When I brought it up to the manager Stacy on duty that day she had an attitude about it she said everyone had the same issue and that was just how it was designed."

"My first concern was that the on off switch on the hairdryer would not work. I went to the desk three times to replace the hairdryer and they still didn’t work. The first two were burned around the edges and the third one I believe was new. They were a very cheap quality and difficult to use. I would suggest better hairdryers at such a beautiful high-end hotel. Since I’m allergic to dogs, I wanted to be sure I didn’t have a room with animals. When I began with allergic symptoms, I text the desk and the return text assured me the animals were restricted to the third and fourth floor. When I saw a dog entering an 8th floor elevator, I went to the desk and reported it , The girl behind the desk said a dog could be on any floor and there was no distinction and that animals would be in any room in the hotel and defended her position that all the rooms were cleaned. In my knowledge, I’ve been told that you can’t get animal dander out of a carpet. There was a contradiction to what I had originallyI been told. I don’t believe they were honest with me at check-in or in their text and that was disappointing. The same receptionist. did find my text and apologized and said it would be reported to the manager."

"The convenience where food, shopping, and beach are all connected. The location is perfect. We were charged $15 per night for parking. Upon arrival, attendant was a bit koi. She was talkative to a couple before me then was not as engaging with me and told them they would be charged $10 per night for parking. But I digress. The bed sheets had hairs on them, we decided to stay in the room and have housekeeping change them. Further, there was a string of hair brown in color imbedded on the shower faucet. We had to request change of bedding within our four night stay. That said, there was a gentleman at front desk who was very customer friendly, pleasant and helpful. Checkout, was the same dry not so friendly to me attendant. I’m not that person and I’m friendly to a wall however she was challenging. I pray she feels better soon. Breakfast was typical refreshers were pricey yet convenient. The lobby and sitting areas were plentiful with big screens to watch games and was entertaining even outside was nice. Overall good place for the price."

"Great place! While we did not use most of the amenities, they seemed like people enjoyed breakfast! While I thought it was right off the beach, as in unfamiliar with the area, but it wasn't far. I would stay again, unless I wanted to stay literally at the beach. I would recommend and would stay again."

"We had a beautiful room we did have to ask for extra toilet paper and it was a bit noisy outside on if you were sitting on the balcony but nothing to bad just trucks coming and going once in a while. There are houses behind the that do block some of the view but we could still se some water from our room which was nice. Plenty of parking but one elevator was down the entire time but it didn’t hold us up at all. We have stayed at Sandestin before just at a different location and we liked next door a bit better."
