"I’m genuinely surprised this place is marketed as a hotel—it feels much more like a motel, and not a good one. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the overall condition left a lot to be desired. There were no convenient electrical outlets in the bedroom area, which made even basic things like charging devices frustrating. The bathroom layout is poorly designed—the toilet is so large that the door actually hits it when you try to close it. The bathtub was also a concern. It appears to have been coated or refinished, but the surface is uneven, chipping, and extremely slippery, which feels unsafe. The furniture didn’t seem properly cleaned either—I couldn’t comfortably sit on the chair. Another major issue is noise. The doors between rooms are extremely thin, and you can clearly hear other guests, which makes it very difficult to rest or have any sense of privacy. The so-called continental breakfast was another letdown. It’s served in a strangely designed room that clearly wasn’t intended to be a dining area. The selection is extremely limited, there’s barely anything to eat, and the coffee is of very poor quality. As for the staff, they were not particularly attentive or welcoming. The overall impression is that there’s little care or effort put into the guest experience. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"Great location. Stayed here to catch a Miami game with the family, very easy drive to the stadium. Hotel was clean with great amenities, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."

"The hotel is well located in a very quiet area of Miami Lakes, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is definitely a plus. The facilities themselves are good, but unfortunately they seem to be poorly maintained. The rooms have a noticeable humidity issue, and the air conditioning units are not very effective at controlling it. In our case, the bathroom and bathtub drainage did not work properly which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was not very well presented, and it was removed before the stated time of 9:30 Reservation issues, i booked and pay for a specific type of room, but upon arrival wasn’t available, and they try to assign you a lower-category room without clear accountability or proper resolution. These are issues that management should definitely address, as the property has good potential but needs better attention to detail and service consistency."
