"The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Plus I'd booked a "Double Queen sized room - Superior" and the window looked out at a carpark and more rooms only! A miserable outlook, making me thankful that I was only staying over night to catch my next flight. The room was actually hot when I arrived, so I needed to turn the aircon on freezing/high - the room did cool fairly fast but surely they should have had this cooled...

"From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure a great experience. The food at the on-site restaurant was exceptional. Drinks were good also. The room and amenities were very comfortable. All at a reasonable price and great Vibe!"
