"Found bed bugs in my bed was told I would get a refund never got it if your thinking about staying here because it’s cheap think again the breakfast was awful and the rooms look like they are 100 years old."

"We stayed there in between hotel checkout, and a late night flight so just basically a nap and a shower. Surprisingly, very quiet for Rio. Clean room really great communication with the host. My only concern was the shower curtain that kept falling. That’s literally the only complaint I have, other than that, everything else was great."

I found it incredible that a nice hotel would reduce its guest to having to eat with such terrible utensils Otherwise, everything was great"
