"We had a wonderful stay. Pedro, the concierge, went above and beyond by suggesting restaurants and things to do. Our hotel room was clean, well equipped and had a great bed. The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk to transit and many sights. Next time we are in Lisbon we will definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean but tiny (we stayed in the one with the ladder in the picture). The ladder actually leads to an upper level with a sofa and TV but is totally unsafe without any hand rail to navigate the steps. We had paid for breakfast but it was not available before 8am and we had to leave at 7.30 for a 10 am flight. "

We only stayed one night so it was fine but we would probably pay extra to have our own bathroom in the future."

"Definitely not a hotel. Very cool building with few rooms, excellent location, and very helpful staff. Walking distance to everything, front desk allowed us early check in, and even accommodated a room change the second day for more space and two beds. Highly recommend this over a hotel. Feels like local living but clean and comfortable."

The room was much smaller than expected from the pictures and lacked some touches that would make it more functional.
