"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre.
Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had.
Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries.
Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot.
The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive...

"Beautiful property and excellent location, but unfortunately this was not the level of service one would expect from an international 5-star hotel.
During our stay:
* The bathtub faucet was not functioning properly.
* A toiletry pouch disappeared from our room after housekeeping service.
* We experienced an unacceptable interaction at breakfast on our final morning.
While some staff members were professional and helpful, service quality was inconsistent and did not reflect international luxury...

"The stay at Olympia Lis Boutique Hotel was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. Our stay was relaxed not having to plan the trip as the itinerary suggestions were taken care by the staff (mainly Rodrigo). Definitely recommend this place.
Rooms were immaculately clean and well maintained. Also would strongly suggest opting for breakfast as they have a great selection to start the day fully energised 🙂(great ☕️)"

"We had a big issue in our room with light sensors that there is no way to turn off even at night. The sensors were so sensitive that they would go on at every small movement while sleeping and the lights would turn on. The sensor was also making a clicking sound which would wake up a light sleeper which both me and my husband are. As a result, we didn’t get any sleep as the lights would constantly go on and clicking noise didn’t stop through the night. I get the idea behind this but it’s poorly...

"Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location! I believe it is fairly new or recently renovated. So many restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is well appointed. Plenty of electrical outlets. Great lighting. Has espresso machine, hot water kettle, coffee and tea. Refrigerator with some stocked drinks and snacks. We were at the end of a 5 week trip so we were happy the room had enough space for our luggage. A decent sized closet. Beautiful...

"Beautiful hotel located in the best location in Lisbon. The hotel is brand new and has beautiful decorated rooms. We had a great stay. The rooof top breakfast was amazing with incredible staff.
The front desk staff is mediocre. Actually carried my own bags to my car.
