"On June 13, 2026 i no longer felt safe, comfortable, or welcome at the Comfort Suites in Southfield, MI. I do not appreciate the Supervisor Tiffany on June 12, 2026 and how she handled this matter. This Company just like to embarass their guests is what i see. On June 12, 2026 i was getting ready to rebook my room because due to a situation i needed to be there until the end of June 2026. Before i could rebook the Supervisor Tiffany sent one of the housekeeping ladies upstairs to deliver a message. The housekeeping instead went to tell the other housekeeper "well she said pay" and or the employee started mumbling and sound like she said i had to leave or something. Instead of that housekeeping employee coming directly to me she stood there talking about it to the other housekeeping. I was standing there and that employee could've pulled me to the side. Furthermore. The Supervisor Tiffany should've been professional and called the room i was in to even see if i was rebooking the room which i told them i was anyway instead of discussing things with housekeeping. This was nothing more than an arrogant Supervisor letting her position go to her head. We just lost everything so i don't appreciate being treated this way."

"When I booked my stay i was on one hotel site( why dem ) I clicked pick my room and it took me to a different hotel. When I went to check in I was told it changed but they still use the web page. They didn’t offer any of the things listed, the elevator was broken, no linens, the bed was wobbly the couch was broken. They had signs leading to the ice machine. After roaming the halls thinking I missed. It , I call the front desk only to be told it was removed. After I saw two roaches I left. They said no refunds but I couldn’t stay. I will dispute this charge do to false advertising"

"Pool was cold and unheated. Lots of chlorine floating on the surface. Hot tub wasn't hot. Room key card scanner died twice in two days, had to plan around that. Put in a room on the end next to noisy stairs. Only had two towels in room. Breakfast was so-so. No nonstick spray for waffle makers. All utensils were flimsy plastic. Bed was hard and pillows too soft with no support. A/C worked good though fan had to be set to high all the time. Wouldn't stay here again."
