"The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. "The location is pretty cool due to the many restaurants, food spots , coffee spots , bars walking distance. And of course the location is right in front of the beach which is amazing , the room was small and older however it was clean and comfortable with great views and not complaining for location !! "

"We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. "

"The staff were friendly and i appreciated the texts to let us know about refreshing the towels and linen. however, the bathroom door broke and the repair was inadequate and there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drainage. furthermore the AC did not work so the room was always humid and required us to open the windows constantly which meant it was noisy. The parking was a nightmare unless you paid extra for a spot by the hotel. "
