"This property is gross, there are long term tenants that roam the property with their dogs, there was dog poop in the hallway when we were checking out. The staff messed up our reservation when we checked in this showing us as a cancelled reservation even though we were still staying. "Property was claimed, staff was helpful and nice.They only do made service every other day.Excuse was, covid?I was pretty sure we were done with covid years ago.But that was their excuse over, all the property was pretty nice for I say one of the first questions.Ask on here was, did we enjoy the hot tub?No, because it was always so full of people.You couldn't possibly get in it.Maybe needs more hot tubs for that size property"

"The overall stay was a bit disappointing! The lounge was never open on the main floor. The restaurant only served breakfast. The Reef was a quick meal and beverage. Not much to choose from.
I reserved a premium King room. Expecting a poolside room but got stuck on the noisy freeway side. Hard to sleep with all of that noise. The phone in the room didn't work. The air conditioning barely cooled off the room. No fan in the bathroom and the bathtub drain didn't drain very well.

"My son and I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was at 4 pm. We were greeted by a very friendly desk agent, Angelica. She told us our room was available! What a treat to be able to check in early after a 5 hr flight. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The free daily breakfast was delicious and there were different menu options available each day. We also used the pool and jacuzzi. Both were heated! Pool deck was clean. Loved the outdoor TVs."

"My stay at Best Western Seven Seas in San Diego was average overall. The location is a big plus, as it is close to major attractions like SeaWorld, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room felt congested, the pillows were not very comfortable, and the bathroom door was not locking properly, which was concerning.
